We are seeking a talented Business Strategist with 3-8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on exposure to product development and implementation, with the ability to bridge business requirements and technology solutions.


">Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Analyze complex processes and identify areas for optimization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to capture needs and pain points, and translate requirements into actionable insights.
  • Drive end-to-end ERP implementation and system integrations, designing scalable workflows and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, communicating roadmaps and priorities, and maintaining documentation and change controls.

">Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role preferably in manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain management.
  • Proven track record of working in startup environments or dynamic, fast-paced organizations.
  • Hands-on experience in ERP development/implementation and exposure to product building.
