We are seeking an experienced Business Development Specialist to drive growth through strategic account acquisition and retention. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with a passion for building strong business relationships.
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and expanding our customer base, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional sales performance. They will also play a key role in updating CRM systems, forecasting material requirements, and ensuring timely payment collection.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain long-term business partnerships
- Pursue new customer opportunities and expand existing relationships
- Achieve and maintain high sales performance targets
- Collaborate with all levels of stakeholders to drive commercial success
- Update CRM systems with accurate activity records
- Forecast demand to optimize supply chain efficiency
- Ensure prompt payment from customers
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills
- Proven experience in distributor handling and B2B customer management
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Able to travel frequently without issue
- Knowledge of automotive painting processes is an added advantage
