At the forefront of our organization's compliance endeavors, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless adherence to industry regulations, legal requirements, and internal policies. Monitoring updates in these regulations will be crucial, necessitating swift implementation of necessary changes to guarantee ongoing compliance.

This involves overseeing HR compliances, encompassing employee onboarding, documentation, employment contracts, and employee benefits. You will ensure strict adherence to labor laws, workplace safety regulations, and equal opportunity policies.

In addition to your primary responsibilities, you will oversee the payroll process, maintaining accurate employee records, calculating wages, and ensuring timely payment of salaries. Collaboration with the finance department is vital for achieving accurate and compliant payroll procedures.

Your expertise in salary preparation processes will involve managing bonus, commission, and other salary-related components. Accuracy in disbursement according to company policies and employment agreements is paramount.

We expect you to provide support and oversight for various operational functions to maintain efficient and effective processes. Collaborative efforts with different departments will focus on streamlining operations, resolving issues, and implementing improvements.

You will lead the operations team through training, mentoring, and performance management. Performance goals will be set, regular feedback provided, and a positive work environment fostered.

Preparing operational reports, analyzing data, and identifying areas for improvement and cost reduction are key aspects of this role. Presenting findings and recommendations to senior management will facilitate strategic decision-making.

Vendor and supplier relationships will be established and maintained to ensure timely delivery of goods and services. Contract negotiation, performance monitoring, and resolution of any arising issues are within your purview.

Collaboration with the finance department will be essential for developing and managing operational budgets. Expenses will be monitored, cost-saving opportunities identified, and measures implemented to control costs without compromising quality or compliance.

Ongoing evaluation of operational processes will enable you to identify opportunities for improvement. Implementing changes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure compliance with changing regulations is a fundamental aspect of this role.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role, preferably in a regulated industry.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of compliance requirements and labor laws.
  • Experience in managing HR compliances, including documentation, employment contracts, and employee benefits.
  • Proficient in payroll management and salary preparation processes.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using relevant software and tools for operations management and reporting.
