Key Responsibilities

  • Management of the entire Intellectual Property portfolio of clients.
  • Attending hearings and increasing the acceptance of IPR cases.
  • Appearance before District Courts and High Courts for IP Litigation.
  • Drafting of pleadings, evidence, arguments, etc. in IP Litigation matters.

Requirements

  • Handling and managing the prosecution, opposition, and enforcement of IP rights (specifically trademarks, copyrights, and industrial designs).
  • Drafting, filing, and prosecution of new applications, amendments, oppositions, rectifications, etc., before the Registrars/Examiners.
