Ecommerce Performance Marketing Specialist Role

At EVitamin Business Consulting Pvt. Ltd, we're seeking an experienced Ecommerce Performance Marketing Specialist to drive growth and customer acquisition for our ecommerce division.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns to increase traffic, acquire new customers, and boost revenue growth.
  • Create a go-to-market strategy and own one channel for execution.
  • Build new customer acquisition strategies and implement them on Paid channels.
  • Contribute to the formulation of business/brand growth strategies through ROI-based consumer approaches and data-driven acquisition strategies.
  • Develop effective performance management engagements to support the achievement of business objectives.
  • Optimize marketing activities to improve return on investment.
  • Manage marketing budgets to maximize Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) and efficiently scale new customers.
  • Run an effective acquisition funnel with diversified acquisition sources and strong customer loyalty.
  • Drive performance on all performance-marketing channels, including Facebook and Google, as well as organic, direct, and affiliate sources of revenue and traffic.
  • Ensure the optimum performance marketing channel mix, incorporating digital media, offline channels, analytics, and CRM.
  • Build acquisition channels across paid and organic channels, with close attention to efficiency of growth spends and constant experimentation.
  • Actively manage and grow Paid campaigns for new and existing categories and markets.
  • Come up with 10X growth ideas to discover new ways to grow or optimize upon the existing referral funnels.
  • Oversee the operation of own websites, app(s), content platform(s), and any other digital D2C initiatives, leading up to metrics around sales, traffic, engagement, LTV/CAC, and NPS.
  • Deliver customer delight through on-site and off-site interventions leading to an engaging customer experience.
  • Evaluate the performance of channels at regular intervals based on relevant KPIs and conduct A/B tests to deliver conversion growth.
  • Build reports for your channels and make insights out of them for actionable activation.
Requirements:
  • Experience in working with a D2C brand or an agency.
  • 2-4 years of experience in performance marketing.
  • Well-versed with attribution platforms like Branch, Adjust, and Appsflyer.
  • Experience working with ecommerce is preferred.
  • Expertise in a similar role and experience building effective multi-channel marketing strategies, including affiliate marketing, PPC, social media, and other digital channels.
  • Expertise in increasing organic growth vs paid.
  • Experience in creating an end-to-end online customer journey.
  • Expertise in campaign and channel analysis and reporting, including Google Analytics experience.
  • Proficiency in analytical skills and leveraging data, metrics, analytics, and consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights and recommendations.
