This is a leadership role:

  • You will significantly influence Karbon Card's marketing and acquisition strategy and achieve goals by leading a team of growth associates.

Key objectives of this role:

  • Conversion improvement: Enhance the acquisition funnel's performance.
  • Target identification: Develop and demonstrate the effectiveness of targeting strategies.
  • Campaign and engagement operations: Leverage B2B data sources, enrichment, campaign operations, and engagement techniques.
  • Insight development: Improve decision-making through rigorous hypothesis and iterative experiments.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing CRM, automation tools, and data tools for marketing purposes.
  • Expertise in online and offline marketing tactics, outbound engagement campaigns, and feedback loops.
  • Deep understanding of B2B digital marketing strategies.
  • Results-driven individual with strong execution skills.
  • Effective communicator with clarity and precision.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Plan and launch growth campaigns on various platforms and tools.
  • Analyze campaign results.
  • Maintain dashboards and databases.
  • Design campaigns with clear goals.
  • Execute with precision.
  • Plan the next growth campaign.
  • Conclude campaign performance, assess the gap between goals and actual performance, analyze the root cause, and propose optimization.

Qualifications:
4+ years of growth marketing experience.

  • 1+ years of leadership experience.
  • Engineering or computer science background is required.
