Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Administration Manager to join our team at Lagata's corporate office in Lagos, Nigeria. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to take on a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of various administrative functions essential for the efficient functioning of the organization.

About the Role

The Senior Administration Manager will play a crucial part in overseeing hotel and flight bookings, managing immigration and visa processes, coordinating expat housing and maintenance, liaising with business heads across different units, managing transportation services, and handling tasks related to management meetings and other administrative duties.

  • Hotel and Flight Booking Management:
    • Coordinate and oversee the booking process for hotels and flights for employees, guests, and executives.
    • Evaluate and ensure cost-effectiveness and adherence to company travel policies.
    • Efficiently handle any issues or emergencies related to bookings.
Key Responsibilities
  • Immigration and Visa Management:
    • Manage the immigration and visa processes for employees, visitors, and expatriates.
    • Stay updated on immigration laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
    • Facilitate the smooth entry and exit of personnel across borders.
  • Expat Housing and Maintenance:
    • Coordinate housing arrangements for expatriate employees, including finding suitable accommodations and managing leases.
    • Oversee maintenance and upkeep of expat housing to ensure comfort and safety.
    • Promptly address any housing-related concerns or emergencies.
  • Coordination with Business Heads:
    • Act as a liaison between the corporate office and various business units' heads.
    • Facilitate communication and collaboration on administrative matters.
    • Address administrative needs and concerns raised by business heads.
Requirements
  • A Master's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in administrative management, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools for travel management and office administration.
  • Knowledge of immigration laws and regulations is desirable.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks accordingly.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Salary

Negotiable salary depending on experience: approximately N18,000,000 - N25,000,000 per annum.
