**Global Trade Specialist Role Overview**

This role involves performing Customs Trade HTS & ECCN Classification determinations for spare parts and other products.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in import and/or export trade compliance elements, including Harmonized Tariff Schedules, Export Classification Commodity Numbers, Customs entry process, Customs invoicing requirements, and special trade program requirements.

In addition to the above responsibilities, the specialist will also be involved in assisting in compliance data collection and record keeping, supporting compliance training and audit activities, generating and analyzing compliance reports, participating in root cause analysis of international trade issues, and recommending solutions to implement corrective actions.

Key qualifications for this role include knowledge of advanced technology and processes involved in Semiconductor, Flat Panel, Solar cell manufacturing (SEMI, Nanomanufacturing) as well as expertise in areas such as Trade Compliance, Customs Regulations, and Export Management.

Ultimately, the goal is to ensure seamless trade operations and minimize risk exposure.
