Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Trade Compliance Specialist to support the upgrade and maintenance of our SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) system. This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth transition to SAP GTS 4 HANA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of the SAP GTS 4 HANA upgrade, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Provide ongoing support for live sites post-upgrade, resolving incidents and conducting root cause analysis.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize enhancement requests for the SAP GTS system.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for project activities, including testing and training materials.
  • Communicate effectively with Project Managers, Team Leads, and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as an SAP GTS Consultant, preferably with experience in SAP GTS 4 HANA upgrades.
  • A strong understanding of trade compliance regulations and requirements.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
