\Job Title: Senior MIS Analyst\

This role is responsible for managing data systems, analysing key metrics, and supporting strategic decision-making across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain data dashboards and MIS tools across departments to drive business growth.\
  • Collect, validate, and update data from multiple business systems, ensuring consistency and accuracy, while adhering to data security standards.\
  • Analyse business performance data to identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to support informed decision-making.\
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand data needs and deliver data-driven solutions, enhancing operational efficiency.\
  • Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency, reduce manual tasks, and enhance productivity.\
  • Monitor and support day-to-day operations of ERP systems and other business tools, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.\
  • Conduct periodic review meetings with division heads to present key observations and suggest improvements, driving continuous growth.\
  • Prepare and present data summaries and reports to senior management, using visualisation tools to communicate complex data insights effectively.\
  • Ensure all data processes comply with company policies and data security standards, maintaining the highest levels of data integrity and confidentiality.\

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in MIS, data analysis, or related roles, with a strong focus on data analytics and reporting functions.\
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced), Power BI, and PowerPoint, with expertise in data visualisation and storytelling.\
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with large datasets, with a keen eye for detail and ability to identify trends and insights.\
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) with focus on system operations, process improvement, and data governance.\
  • Good understanding of business systems and database management, with a strong foundation in data security and compliance.\
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.\
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team, with a customer-centric approach and focus on delivering exceptional results.\
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.\
