Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic professional to join our team as Senior Manager Strategic Projects.

This critical role will drive a wide range of initiatives, from tactical program management to leading and delivering cross-functional priorities.

The ideal candidate will have experience in handling strategic projects for an Office of Eminence or in a similar high-impact role, with strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Lead special projects directly overseen by the CEO, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
  • Versatile Problem-Solver: Act as a versatile tool for solving any problem, ensuring smooth operations and quick resolutions
  • Content Development: Create compelling content/presentation decks and narratives for the CEO for both internal and external use
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Facilitate cross-functional initiatives, driving alignment and execution across various departments to achieve strategic goals
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration and communication

What We Are Looking For:

  • Experience: At least 8+ years of experience in handling strategic projects for an Office of Eminence or in a similar high-impact role
  • Comfortable with domestic/overseas travel
  • Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to manage projects and drive results
  • Education Industry Interest: Demonstrated interest in the Education Industry, with a passion for making a positive impact
  • Communication: Outstanding communication skills
