Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Support & Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute the company's strategic plan, set goals, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Project Management: Oversee and drive key strategic initiatives, special projects, and cross-functional projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Operational Efficiency: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and drive business growth within the industry.
  • Communication & Alignment: Serve as a communication conduit between executives, departments, and external stakeholders, ensuring clear, consistent, and timely information flow.
  • Market & Product Strategy: Conduct market research to inform product positioning and competitiveness, and identify opportunities for growth and expansion.

ideal candidate has 2-4 years of experience in consulting, start-ups, D2C, FMCG, or beauty/personal care. Must possess an entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable with ambiguity and fast-changing priorities.
