We're seeking an experienced leader to head our analytics team. This role requires a deep understanding of data-driven decision making and the ability to mentor and guide a high-performing team.

About the Role

As a key member of our organization, you'll be responsible for developing actionable insights using Amazon's unique data. Your expertise will influence how advertisers promote their businesses on our platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of analysts supporting global advertising teams.
  • Ensure high-quality outputs, set priorities, mentor team members, and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Build and mentor a high-performance team, and lead with empathy.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or quantitative field.
  • 8+ years of experience in analytics or data-driven roles, with 3+ years in people management.
  • Experience managing delivery of technical analytics or BI solutions.
  • Strong stakeholder management, prioritization, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Experience mentoring, providing feedback, and fostering career growth.
  • Familiarity with SQL and analytics tools (e.g., Python, Excel, Quicksight) to guide and review team outputs.
