We are seeking a visionary and strategic Principal Product Manager to drive the evolution of Jira Service Management's analytics capabilities. In this role, you will help set the product vision, define strategy, partner across engineering, design, and go-to-market teams, and deliver actionable insights and industry-leading dashboards.

Responsibilities:

  • Help set Product Vision & Strategy: Define and communicate a compelling vision and strategy for Analytics & Reporting in JSM, aligned with Atlassian's broader goals and customer needs.\
  • Drive Roadmap & Execution: Own the product roadmap, prioritize initiatives, and deliver high-impact features that differentiate JSM's analytics experience.\
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and go-to-market teams to deliver scalable, flexible, and innovative analytics solutions.\
  • Measure & Communicate Impact: Define and track key product metrics, communicate progress and impact to stakeholders, and iterate based on data and feedback.
