Senior Associate Credit

Job Title: Senior Associate Credit
Job Type: Full-time
Location: Remote – India

The primary role of a Senior Associate Credit is to assist in the evaluation and analysis of financial transactions. The successful candidate will have 7-8 years of relevant credit experience and will work closely with the US lending team to support underwriting, credit analysis, and transaction execution.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Preparing and analyzing loan term sheets.
  • Conducting financial and credit analysis to support underwriting decisions.
  • Assisting in identifying and assessing risks, and providing recommendations to mitigate them.
  • Collaborating with the US lending team to ensure timely and efficient deal execution.
  • Maintaining high attention to detail while working across multiple transactions simultaneously.

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • 3–7 years of credit analysis/underwriting experience with financial institutions, lenders, or investment managers.
  • Candidates with prior experience in investor relations will be preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solid foundation in credit fundamentals.
  • Excellent writing skills and ability to prepare professional reports and memos.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools.
  • Exposure to real estate debt is highly preferred. Good in Financial Modeling.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with global teams.
