Job Overview

The Senior Business Insight Specialist, Finance is a critical role that plays a key part in our organization's success. This individual will be responsible for overseeing and performing various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our financial systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily refresh of Delta data to maintain accuracy and reliability.
  • Handle queries through our ticketing system within the agreed-upon time frames (TAT).
  • Analyze and provide solutions for queries related to Journals, ICO Agreements, and other financial matters.
  • Approve application access for team members and external stakeholders.
  • Support the team by providing insights on authorization metrics and ensuring the proper functioning of RTR Admin activities.
  • Maintain the Authorization Matrix in SAP and perform SPOC duties for UAT during new releases.
  • Oversee Mass Reversal during month-end closing and perform manual reversal if necessary.
  • Supervise automated jobs related to month-end close, including Capex Settlement, Depreciation, PO Settlement, Discount rate check, and Profit in Stock.
  • Clear jobs in SAP and reconcile Balance Sheets.
  • Ensure GL Clearing is performed during month-end closing.
  • Identify and resolve top 3-5 accountabilities and handle queries and tickets as per TAT.
  • Liaise with internal and external colleagues to resolve specific issues.
  • Prepare for external and internal audits and drive issue resolution proactively.
  • Contribute to Month End Close by monitoring GAPA Jobs.
