Senior Data Insights Specialist

We are seeking a Senior Data Insights Specialist to join our team of experts in data engineering, business intelligence, and data science. In this role, you will utilize your problem-solving skills to conceptualize, design, and develop data-driven solutions that cater to the needs of leadership teams within the organization.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage complex workstreams, scope and process to deliver impactful insights
  • Provide guidance to colleagues on issues of increasing complexity, scope and process
  • Lead requirement gathering sessions to understand customer pain points
  • Develop solutions that help consumers find relevant information at the right time
  • Help uncover insights that guide effective decision-making processes
  • Develop standard data-management practices around storage, cataloguing, retrieval and retention

Qualifications

  • Thorough understanding of Agile delivery methods like Scrum and Kanban
  • Bachelor's degree or master's degree, equivalent combination of education, training and work experience may be suitable
  • Good hands-on experience in Business Intelligence tools like Power BI, Tableau etc.
  • Good data management and transformation skills particularly in writing Python,Pyspark and SQL queries.
  • Experience in handling Global Customers
  • Ability to synthesize data from different subject areas and provide recommendations to non-technical audience
