Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Finance Operations Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day finance operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cash Flow Management: Prepare monthly projected Cash Flow and Working Capital Statement to ensure accurate forecasting and timely decision-making.
  • Bank Account Operations: Manage various bank accounts operations in India and outside India, ensuring seamless transaction processing and minimizing risks.
  • Loan Process and Compliance: Experience in handling Bank Loan process and compliance related to the same, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
  • Hedging and Accounting: Knowledge in Hedging and Accounting, with the ability to analyze and interpret financial data to make informed decisions.
  • Payment Processing: Review detailed report on payments and collection, with a focus on improving payment processing efficiency and reducing costs.
  • Bank Reconciliation: Prepare monthly Bank reconciliation Statement to ensure accurate accounting and minimize errors.
  • Master Data Management: Verify Master data for vendor and employees for bank-related information, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Requirements:
  • Education and Experience: CA/ CA Inter / MBA with 7-10 years of work experience in Banking Operations.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Highly competent and motivated individual with excellent inter-personal skills and communication skills, good problem-solving abilities, and a strong sense of internal process control.
  • Technical Skills: Excellent PC skills with proficiency in MS office apps (predominantly MS Excel), prior experience with Power BI is plus SAP FICO module.
