Financial Analyst Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented finance professional to join our team in supporting finance operations, business analytics functions, and international clients. This role offers exposure to core accounting responsibilities combined with operational and financial performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Finance & Accounting: Support daily finance operations including expense allocation, reconciliations, and accounting entries; Assist in preparing financial reports for internal management; Maintain accurate records in the ERP system and ensure timely posting of journals.
  • Operational & Financial Analytics: Prepare performance dashboards and financial models to analyze business efficiency; Conduct ROI and profitability analysis across teams, projects, and clients; Evaluate channel and process efficiency to drive improvements.

Candidate Profile:

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration; 1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or analytics, preferably in the KPO/BPO sector.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel, knowledge of ERP systems, and Power BI an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written) with ability to interact directly with international clients.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
