Production Engineering Leader

Senior Design Managers are key figures in our Production Engineering Drawing Teams.
They oversee the preparation of manufacturing drawings and lead a team of engineers to meet client and company standards.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers to ensure efficient workload distribution.
- Review and approve manufacturing drawings for compliance with design specifications, standards, and quality norms.
- Provide technical guidance on complex assemblies and fabrication detailing.
- Coordinate with production, sales, and project teams to resolve drawing mismatches and incorporate customer requirements.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in design/production drawing management in a manufacturing environment.
- Expertise in AutoCAD; familiarity with other design software is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of sheet metal fabrication, HVAC, or industrial equipment manufacturing processes.
- Proven team leadership and mentoring abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Bachelor's/Master's).
