Senior Production Engineering Drawing Leader

An experienced Senior Design Manager to oversee the preparation of manufacturing drawings, and ensure timely, high-quality outputs that meet client standards.
About This Role:- Manage a team of engineers and Auto CAD draftsmen for efficient workload distribution.
- Review and approve manufacturing drawings for compliance with design specs and quality norms.
- Provide technical guidance on complex assemblies and fabrication detailing.
- Cordinate with production, sales, and project teams to resolve drawing mismatches and incorporate customer requirements.
- Maintain documentation - BOMs, revision histories, and project folders.
- 10+ years in design/production drawing management in a manufacturing environment.
- Expertise in Auto CAD; familiarity with other design software preferred.
- Strong knowledge of sheet metal fabrication, HVAC, or industrial equipment manufacturing processes.
- Proven team leadership and mentoring abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Bachelor's/Master's).
