Event Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a creative and driven Event Marketing Specialist to lead the execution of our online events, webinars, and masterclasses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own end-to-end planning and execution of online events & masterclasses, developing and implementing effective event marketing strategies to drive registrations and attendance.
  • Drive registrations & attendance through high-performing campaigns via email marketing, WhatsApp broadcasts, SMS campaigns, in-app push notifications, community posts, and social media, leveraging data insights to optimize campaign performance.
  • Craft compelling and clear event communication copy across all channels, ensuring consistency and coherence in messaging.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (speakers, partners, design, ops) to ensure event success, fostering collaboration and open communication.
  • Analyze event funnel performance and optimize continuously, utilizing analytical tools and techniques to identify areas for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent copywriting, storytelling & email writing skills, with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive content that resonates with diverse audiences.
  • Strong understanding of marketing funnels, audience psychology, and content performance, with experience in analyzing data and making informed decisions.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to draw actionable insights from data, utilizing statistical analysis and data visualization techniques to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Creative problem solver & ideator with hands-on experience with marketing tools, able to develop innovative solutions to complex problems and drive business growth.
