Job Title: Interior Project Coordinator

This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth execution and communication of projects from initiation to completion. Key responsibilities include preparing and reviewing quotes, BOQs, and budgets for projects.

  • Prepare detailed project plans and timelines, including milestones and deadlines.
  • Coordinate with clients for approvals, progress updates, and clarifications.
  • Organize and maintain all project-related files and documentation.
  • Act as the single point of contact for major clients, ensuring smooth communication.
  • Manage vendor relationships and coordinate settlements post-project completion.
  • Conduct budget analysis for all projects, ensuring costs are within approved limits.
  • Support the project managers and executives with any administrative or coordination requirements.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Relevant experience in interior execution, project coordination, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of AutoCAD drawings, site measurements, and BOQs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including fluency in English.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Bachelor's degree/diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Project Management preferred.

Responsibilities include managing multiple projects simultaneously and working closely with cross-functional teams.
