About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support our real estate projects. The role involves coordinating between internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth execution of projects, timely delivery, and compliance with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Project Managers in planning, scheduling, and monitoring real estate/construction projects
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and site teams to ensure timely project execution
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation including agreements, reports, and presentations
  • Track project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure milestones are achieved
  • Handle client communication and provide regular project updates
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve on-ground issues
  • Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and quality standards
  • Support in procurement and vendor management activities

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience as Project Coordinator/Executive in Real Estate, Construction, or Infrastructure
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, or project management tools
  • Knowledge of real estate regulations, RERA compliance, and construction processes (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
