International Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled International Customer Service Representative to join our team. As an essential member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to clients from diverse backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries and concerns via voice or chat platforms.
  • Provide accurate and reliable information to customers using relevant resources and tools.
  • Effectively resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers by actively listening to their concerns and providing personalized solutions.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: A degree in any field is preferred.
  • Experience:
  • Fresher: We welcome fresh graduates and young professionals looking to start their careers.
  • Experienced: A minimum of one year of experience in international customer service or a related field is desired.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • A customer-centric approach with a focus on quality service delivery.

Shift & Work Schedule:

  • Shifts: Rotational shifts, including night shifts, to ensure 24/7 coverage.
  • Work Days: Five days a week, with regular breaks and time off.
  • Weekly Offs: Two rotational days off per week to allow for rest and relaxation.
