**Schedule**:APAC/EMEA Shift (Monday to Friday)
**The Team**:As a member of the Client Services team, you'll be an integral part of our team dedicated to supporting clients using our S&P Capital IQ and Capital IQ Pro platforms. You'll collaborate closely with experienced professionals across various departments, including Sales, Content, Product, News, and Technical Support. This will help provide a unique chance to gain insights into how our organization operates and serves diverse clients in industries such as Investment Banking, Private Equity, Investment Management, Financial Corporate, and Non-Financial Corporate sectors.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance client interactions and support internal initiatives.
- **Learning Opportunities**: Participate in product demonstrations, webinars, and training sessions to deepen your understanding of our platforms and client needs.
- **Knowledge Sharing**: Contribute to building and updating our Knowledge Base to support ongoing learning and development within the organization.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Graduate with any specializations in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.
- Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic hands on experience on MS-Excel.
