**Global Business Services**

Global Business Services delivers Technology and Operations capabilities to Lines of Business and Staff Support Functions of Bank of America through a centrally managed, globally integrated delivery model and globally resilient operations.

Global Business Services is recognized for flawless execution, sound risk management, operational resiliency, operational excellence, and innovation.

In India, we are present in five locations and operate as BA Continuum India Private Limited (BACI), a non-banking subsidiary of Bank of America Corporation and the operating company for India operations of Global Business Services.

**Process Overview**

Global Operations is responsible for integrated operations delivery across multiple lines of businesses of Bank of America across the globe. Prominent businesses supported include Retail Banking and Wealth Management, Corporate and Commercial Banking, and Capital Markets.

Associate will report to a Process Supervisor in back-office/middle-office delivery environment.
- Day-to-day processing of simple to complex transactions as per standard operating procedures.
- Deliver on individual targets & contribute towards team KPIs/KRIs metrics.
- Support all additional activities performed in the team which are part of wider initiatives.
- Knowledge of the department's or business unit's functional operations and a working knowledge of bank policies, programs, procedures and financial practices.
- Work effectively in a team & collaborate with all stakeholders.
- Seek to advance knowledge and improve skills leveraging various inhouse domain & process trainings.
- Flexible to work across rotating work shifts aligned to the supported business geographies.

**CAMPUS HIRING ELIGIBILITY FOR STUDENTS IS AS LISTED BELOW**:

- Final year graduates with 60% score in the last semester OR CGPA of 6 on a scale of 10 in the last semester

- Students should be keen on an operations desk-job and should be open for night shifts
