US Voice Process Customer Services Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented Outbound Calling Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to US-based insurance companies, patients, or the helpdesk as per process requirements.
- Engage customers in meaningful conversations to promote products/services or gather required information.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets and conversion goals.
- Handle objections professionally and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with team leads and quality analysts to improve call quality and performance.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 1-4 years of experience in outbound calling, preferably with US clients.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and call centre software.
- Goal-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Knowledge of US culture and customer behaviour.
