Job Overview

Mission

  • This role will ensure financial data accuracy and consistency across the organization. Your key responsibilities will include delivering insightful financial analysis and reporting to inform strategic decision-making, collaborating with business teams to streamline processes, and driving productivity through automation.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Monitoring

  • Collaborate with project managers to prepare monthly reviews assessing project status, progress against cost bookings, and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Ensure accurate and reliable financial data during monthly closures, including costs booking progress, costs allocation etc prior to recognizing sales (Percentage of Completion - POC).
  • Work closely with operations project teams to align standard costs with business objectives.
  • Analyze variances between standard costs and actual costs, recommending corrective actions.
  • Monitor warranty and insurance issues.

Budgeting and Cost Tracking

Develop comprehensive budgets and forecasts for projects, working in partnership with business teams to plan costs trends according to business needs.

Financial Analysis and Optimization

Identify and implement improvement actions for key financial metrics, such as sales, costs, and cash flow.

Requirements

For this position, we are looking for:

  • Master's or bachelor's degree in economics, business, finance, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in financial controlling or external auditing, ideally in a project-driven environment.
  • Strong knowledge of financial processes, accounting, and controlling standards.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with a passion for data accuracy.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage at senior levels.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, Power BI, and advanced Excel/Microsoft tools.
  • Experience in project business controlling is a plus.
