Senior Financial Analyst Role

Job Summary:

The Senior Financial Analyst will lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to ensure accuracy and alignment with business objectives. This role involves serving as an SAP S/4HANA FICO Subject Matter Expert and driving adoption, optimization, and continuous improvement of financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to support operational and strategic growth.
  • Serve as SAP S/4HANA FICO Subject Matter Expert to drive adoption and optimization of financial processes.
  • Manage end-to-end business cycles including Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Plan-to-Product, and Request-to-Service.
Business Insights & Leadership:
  • Provide business insights through Hyperion and SAP reporting to support executive decision-making.
  • Partner with leadership to evaluate new projects and investments.
  • Support regulatory compliance and internal controls in line with IFRS/GAAP standards.
  • Build and mentor finance teams to strengthen organizational capability.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; MBA preferred.
  • 15–20 years' experience in Finance/Accounting with senior-level or managerial roles.
  • Certified SAP Application Associate – SAP S/4HANA Financial Accounting (or equivalent).
  • Strong expertise in SAP FICO, Product Costing, CO-PA, and SAP Business Processes.
