We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in shaping our financial strategies and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans that align with our business objectives and drive sustainable growth.
  • Provide in-depth analysis of financial performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiencies, reduce costs, and improve profitability.
  • Evaluate pricing strategies, promotions, and product profitability to identify areas for improvement.
  • Assess and improve key processes related to payment, reconciliation, and cash flow management.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies, and develop robust internal controls and risk management frameworks.
  • Build and lead a high-performing commercial finance team fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • CA with 3 to 6 years of post qualification experience in FP&A, Business Finance or Commercial Finance.
