Sr. Planner Role
  • Lead the planning function for a multinational player in sports equipment, working with a global brand leader in a dynamic and fast-paced culture.

A leading sportswear and performance footwear brand seeks a seasoned Sr. Planner to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:Demand & Supply Planning
  • Forecasting Accuracy: Develop and maintain robust demand forecasting models using statistical methods and market intelligence.
  • DIO Optimization: Monitor and optimize Days Inventory Outstanding to balance service levels with working capital efficiency.
  • Sales Trend Analysis: Conduct comprehensive sales trend analysis, seasonality patterns, and market demand assessment.
  • Factory Capacity Alignment: Collaborate with manufacturing to align production capacity with demand requirements.
  • Production Smoothing: Implement production smoothing strategies to optimize resource utilization and minimize variability.
  • Order Review Process: Oversee Order Review planning processes to ensure alignment between demand, supply, and financial targets.
Supply Chain Operations
  • Manage end-to-end supply planning process.
  • Oversee purchase order management and supplier coordination.
  • Implement inventory optimization strategies across all product categories.
  • Collaborate with Product, Sourcing, and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations.
Strategic Planning & Analysis
  • Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual plans and reports aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct scenario planning and risk assessment for supply chain disruptions.
  • Prepare executive-level reports on performance and recommendations.
  • Lead S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) processes and cross-functional meetings.
  • Support Category managers with Category and product insights.
Team Management
  • Provide coaching, performance management, and professional development for team members.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Establish clear KPIs and accountability measures for team performance.
