About the Occupational Therapy Role

We are seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our team in Pune. The successful candidate will provide occupational therapy services to children with various developmental, physical, and cognitive challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of children's abilities using standardized tools and clinical observations.
  • Develop tailored treatment plans based on assessment findings and child/family goals.
  • Provide direct occupational therapy interventions, including activities, sensory integration techniques, and adaptive equipment training.
  • Collaborate with parents/caregivers to develop home programs and provide education on therapeutic techniques.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and other relevant information.
  • Prepare reports for parents, physicians, and other professionals as needed.
  • Stay current with evidence-based practices and advancements in pediatric occupational therapy.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Valid license to practice Occupational Therapy in India.
  • Experience working with children with developmental, physical, and cognitive challenges.
  • Knowledge of pediatric assessment tools and treatment techniques.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
