We are seeking an individual with a strong background in psychology who can assist teachers/coaches in documenting student growth and development.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in documenting academic, emotional, and social development of students
  • Creating detailed reports and case studies on student learning and growth patterns
  • Utilizing research methodologies to analyze and interpret data on child development
  • Participating in the design and execution of research studies within the environment
  • Supporting the creation of educational content and resources for teacher training programs

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Pursuing graduation in psychology
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to produce well-researched reports and case studies
  • Good understanding of research methodologies (both qualitative and quantitative)
  • Experience in child psychology, education, or developmental psychology is a plus
  • Published papers in relevant fields will be an added advantage

You will have the opportunity to gain valuable insights into child psychology, education, and research methodologies. You will also receive mentorship and training over the course of 6 months.
