PLC Training and Development Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced PLC engineer/trainer to join our team. This role demands hands-on experience in PLC/SCADA systems and a commitment to innovation.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Live Training Sessions:
    • Develop practical, impactful sessions on PLC (Siemens, Allen Bradley, etc.), SCADA, HMI, and related systems for aspiring engineers and working professionals.
  • Create from Scratch:
    • Design advanced PLC programs and stay ahead with R&D in automation technologies.
  • Modernize Learning:
    • Continuously update training modules with the latest in AI, Industry 4.0, VR, and IIoT.
  • Collaborate Across Borders:
    • Work with teams worldwide to ensure a seamless, high-quality learning experience.

You Will Bring:

  • Technical Mastery:
    • Proven expertise in PLC programming (Siemens S7, TIA Portal, Allen Bradley Studio 5000, etc.)
    • Solid command of SCADA/HMI systems
    • Knowledge of control systems, industrial networks, and IIoT
  • Training Superpowers:
    • Fluent, confident English communication and public speaking skills
    • 3–5 years of experience in the automation industry
    • Openness to international travel for onsite training sessions
