Job Opportunity: Automation Integration Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the integration of automation devices into customers' production lines, ensuring seamless connectivity and efficient workflow.
  • Develop comprehensive guidelines and examples for PLCs, SCADA systems, and fieldbus communication protocols to facilitate successful integrations.
  • Provide expert troubleshooting support to customers and internal teams, applying advanced problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues.
  • Train and mentor service engineers in industrial automation and communication systems, empowering them with the knowledge and skills required to excel in their roles.
  • Collaborate with international experts and stay updated on the latest technologies, innovations, and best practices in the field.
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring successful project delivery and support through proactive communication and timely issue resolution.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong expertise in industrial communication systems and PLC/SCADA integration, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Hands-on experience with Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Beckhoff PLCs and SCADA tools (Codesys, WinCC, Wonderware, etc.), with a solid understanding of their capabilities and limitations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve exceptional outcomes.
  • Proactive, customer-oriented, and able to lead distributed teams with ease, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
  • Fluency in English; Hindi and additional language knowledge is an added advantage, facilitating effective communication with diverse stakeholders.

Requirements and Expectations:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical / Instrumentation / Electronics & Communication engineering.
  • 1-5 years of experience in PLC / SCADA / Industrial Automation & Communication, with a strong foundation in theoretical concepts and practical applications.
