Job Title: Automation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead automation efforts, utilizing no-code and low-code tools to design and implement efficient workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, build, and maintain automation systems using tools like Make.com, n8n, Zapier.
  • Integrate third-party APIs and develop custom connectors as needed.
  • Create a centralized automation library – templates, modules, and playbooks for reusability across clients and internal operations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to map out business processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement automation where it drives the most impact.
  • Develop custom logic when required for advanced integrations or scripts.
Requirements:
  • Strong experience with no-code/low-code tools (Make, n8n, Zapier, GoHighLevel, Airtable, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of API integrations, webhooks, and data structuring (JSON/XML)
  • Ability to analyze workflows and build scalable, modular automation systems
  • Attention to detail and structured thinking – building clean, maintainable systems is essential
  • Strong documentation habits – contributing to a library of repeatable automation templates is key
  • Knowledge of Python or Java for building custom backend logic when required
