As a seasoned Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the automation infrastructure. Key tasks include performing version upgrades, agent installations, configurations, and deployments of the Automation Engine (AE). To excel in this role, you must possess a deep understanding of Automic architecture and utilities.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement automation workflows and job scheduling across diverse platforms.
  • Develop and maintain Automic scripts to support automation processes.
  • Monitor and manage Oracle Retail batch jobs, ensuring reliability and performance.
  • Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve job failures in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Oversee daily batch monitoring, ensuring timely execution and corrective action for job failures.

Requirements:

  • 3-6 years experience in Automic tools
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Middleware and Oracle Retail applications
  • Functional knowledge of the Retail industry
