Expansion Professional

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team at White-Force. As an Expansion Professional, you will play a crucial role in expanding our Battery Swapping Network across assigned locations.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and onboard e-rickshaw drivers to use our swapping network and SMB locations for swap station installation
  • Address concerns arising from e-rickshaw drivers and relay customer feedback to the operations and product teams
  • Work with the operations and product teams to drive customer acquisition and retention
  • Lead and train a team of business development professionals
  • Conduct market research, generate leads, and maintain relationships with partners to drive business growth
Requirements:
  • Strong convincing skills to close deals and build relationships
  • Good knowledge of the assigned locality
  • Basic English language skills, with expertise in local languages to communicate effectively with e-rickshaw drivers
  • Prior experience in field sales or team leading is beneficial
