Bancassurance Leadership Role

As a seasoned sales professional, you will lead the bancassurance team to drive business targets through strategic relationship management with channel partners.

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to maximize distributor mindshare, ensuring targets are met and market share is increased in the HDFC Bank Virtual space.
  • Monitor team progress against plans and provide guidance to ensure they succeed and grow in their careers.
  • Implement effective digital sales management processes to create desired sales behaviors within the team.
  • Guarantee quality and persistence in business operations.

Job Requirements

  • MBA/Graduate with at least 6 years of sales experience and 5 years of people management experience.
  • Preferred experience in managing sales teams in BFSI/Telecom/Broking/Call Centre spaces.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
  • Key skills: Strong sales planning, team management, and high achievement drive.
