Job Title: Cybersecurity Specialist

Our organization seeks a skilled cybersecurity professional to fill this key role. The selected individual will be responsible for supporting the organization's security operations and ensuring smooth device management.

This position involves assisting in troubleshooting, monitoring security systems, and providing technical support. You will also play a key role in maintaining documentation, generating reports, and ensuring the overall health of the security infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist in security operations, including basic troubleshooting and technical user support for security tools like WAF, NAC, EDR, and IAM.
  • Manage and monitor networking tools, firewalls, TCP/IP, and OS (Windows/Linux).
  • Generate SOD/EOD reports, maintain documentation, and provide detailed monitoring of security systems.
  • Work effectively in shift-based operations and communicate through email and verbal channels to ensure smooth operations.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers and internal teams to resolve issues and meet deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

  • Strong foundational knowledge of networking and security tools (e.g., WAF, NAC, EDR, IAM).
  • Hands-on experience with firewalls, TCP/IP, and basic troubleshooting.
  • Ability to maintain accurate documentation and perform routine security monitoring.
  • Good communication skills (email and verbal) and the ability to work under pressure.
