Process Trainer Role:

We are seeking an experienced Process Trainer to take on a challenging role within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional training skills, the ability to adapt to changing situations, and a strong passion for developing others.

About the Role:

  • This is a key position that involves providing comprehensive training and guidance to agents within the program training classroom environment.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering effective training programs, monitoring student progress, and identifying areas for improvement.
  • In addition, they will work closely with operations teams to ensure a seamless transition of agents from training to production.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and deliver engaging training content using various presentation and facilitation techniques.
  2. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services, as well as relevant industry trends.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop training materials, including computer-based training, interactive learning modules, and written job aids.
  4. Analyze training effectiveness through feedback methods such as focus groups, interviews, and surveys.
  5. Make recommendations for curriculum modifications based on internal customer feedback and Training Needs Analysis.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Graduate degree in Bpharma/Mpharma/BDS
  • Proven experience in training methodologies and soft skills, including communication, critical thinking, time management, and team building.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design.
