Job Title: Process Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Specialist to join our team. As a Process Specialist, you will be responsible for managing training batches, providing feedback and coaching agents on process quality and best practices, and conducting training sessions as per requirement.

You will also be responsible for performance assessment of trainees during tests, database management, daily reports, and analysis. Additionally, you will motivate associates through effective management, career development, and implementation of reporting mechanisms.


The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, flexibility to work in shifts, knowledge of UK Mortgages, experience working with Microsoft applications, and attention to detail to ensure accuracy.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal & Written), as this is a client-facing role.
  • Flexibility to work in shift, preferably afternoon shift.
  • Knowledge of UK Mortgages.
  • Experience working with Microsoft applications such as Form, Excel, Word etc.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy.
  • Ability to conduct detailed investigations using Service Providers and open sources to remediate compliance alerts and to independently research, analyze, and recommend solutions to close open items and discrepancies.
  • Result oriented and client focus.
  • Feedback and Coaching skills.
  • Good rapport building skills, extremely methodical and organized.
  • Specific experience with cryptocurrency products as a user and/or experience working in the digital currency industry, preferred, not mandatory.
Selection Criteria
  • Must be Graduate in any stream. Shouldn't be enrolled in any regular course.
  • Minimum of 3+ years experience in UK Mortgages, preferably E2E.
  • Should be a citizen of India or should be allowed to work in India.
  • Should be above the age of 18 Years.
