Senior Health Underwriter Lead

You could be the ideal candidate if you possess a strong background in group health business and have extensive experience in insurance underwriting. Our team is seeking an accomplished professional to lead our group underwriting operations, driving innovation and efficiency in the health space.

  • Postgraduate or Graduate degree with excellent understanding of Group health business
  • At least 12-14 years of experience in Insurance and 6+ years in group Underwriting, with a track record of creating innovative plans and packages
  • Strong clinical knowledge, analytical skills, and decision-making abilities
  • Proven ability to motivate teams, support stakeholders, and ensure seamless workflow and servicing model
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with experience working in environments that celebrate co-creation and collaboration
