Enterprise Geodatabase Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Geodatabase Professional to join our team.
- Actively engage with customers, provide solutions, and address technical issues related to ArcGIS Enterprise and Enterprise Geodatabases.
- Utilize expertise in handling Geospatial data management and usage to drive business growth and success.
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer communication, management, and presentation skills. They will establish trust and relationship with users and act as a GIS SME for the customer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to identify, understand, and articulate solutions to technical issues using Web GIS knowledge.
- Coordinate and deliver product trainings to customers over remote and onsite.
- Installation, configuration, and performance tuning of Enterprise Geodatabases on supported RDBMS.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent customer communication, management, and presentation skills.
- Experience with Esri software, strong problem-solving, and analytics skills in addressing and resolving technical issues.
