Job Title:

Senior Quality Assurance Expert

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Quality Assurance Specialist with a strong background in testing the Financial/Banking Sector and experience in automation.

This role involves developing comprehensive test strategies, executing both manual and automated tests, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver flawless solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for enterprise software implementations.
  • Lead the design and development of automated test frameworks and scripts using tools like Selenium, Provar, or other relevant automation tools.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing on enterprise applications.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and developers to understand requirements and ensure testability of features.
  • Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with the development team for timely resolution.
  • Analyze test results and provide detailed reports on quality metrics and product readiness.
  • Integrate automation scripts with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Copado) to support continuous testing.
  • Stay updated with the latest technology trends and industry standards to ensure testing strategies remain current.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with a focus on enterprise applications.
  • Direct experience testing enterprise software platforms.
  • Proven experience in test automation, including designing, building, and maintaining automation frameworks.
  • Proficiency with automation tools such as Selenium, Provar, or others.
  • Experience with performance and security testing is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with test management tools like Jira and version control systems like Git.
  • Enterprise software certifications (e.g., Administrator) are a plus.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
