Job Title: Senior Legal Advisor

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Legal Advisor to join our team. As a Senior Legal Advisor, you will play a key role in providing legal support and guidance to various departments within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing Legal Support
    • You will provide legal advice and support on a variety of matters, including complex or high-impact cases.
    • Ensure that commercially sensitive, pragmatic, and practical legal support and advice is provided in a cost-effective manner.
  • Guiding Departments
    • Provide support and guidance to departments on legal risks arising in your area of expertise, including handling complaints.
    • Recommend selection of panel law firms and other external parties as needed.
  • Maintaining Relationships
    • Maintain and develop positive working relationships with team members within the organization.
    • Participate effectively as part of the legal team.
    • Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues.
  • Operational Effectiveness
    • Provide legal services in a cost-effective manner.
    • Coordinate and manage the approach to legal risk in the organization.
    • Assist the business to remain compliant with legal risk management requirements.
