Project Construction Head

As a seasoned construction professional, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the delivery of projects from conception to completion. Your expertise will ensure that every project meets our high standards for quality, safety, and timeliness.

  1. Project Management: You will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that they are completed within the estimated timeframe and budget.
  2. Team Leadership: As a team leader, you will oversee a team of site staff, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities to ensure their growth and success.
  3. Quality Assurance: You will be responsible for ensuring that all projects meet our quality standards, conducting regular audits and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  4. Safety Management: You will be responsible for maintaining a safe working environment, adhering to all relevant safety protocols and regulations.
  5. Stakeholder Engagement: You will engage with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and regulatory bodies, to ensure that their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in civil engineering (full-time/regular)
  • 14-18 years of experience in project management, construction, or a related field
  • Passion for quality and attention to detail
  • MS Project understanding preferred
  • Multiple projects handling experience
  • Ability to measure success by achieving customer delight and consistently meeting numbers
  • Constantly seek to learn and find ways to keep yourself updated
