High-Rise Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Project Director with a strong Civil Engineering background to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of high-rise construction projects.
- Strategic Project Management: Lead and manage all phases of high-rise construction projects from pre-construction through project closeout. Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Civil Engineering Expertise: Apply civil engineering principles to resolve complex construction challenges specific to high-rise buildings. Review and approve construction drawings, specifications, and technical submittals.
- Quality and Safety Assurance: Implement and enforce comprehensive safety protocols for high-rise construction environments. Conduct regular quality inspections and coordinate with quality assurance teams.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and regulatory agencies. Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary to maintain schedule and budget compliance.
- Manage risk assessment and mitigation strategies for vertical construction challenges.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Certifications in construction management (CCM, PMP) preferred.
- 12-15 years of construction management experience with focus on high-rise buildings.
- Proven track record managing high-rise projects. Experience with buildings 35 stories in height.
- Background in commercial, residential, or mixed-use high-rise developments.
