High-Rise Residential Project Estimator

We are seeking a skilled Estimation Manager to join our team and lead the planning and execution of high-rise residential projects. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to take charge of project estimation, budgeting, and cost management.
Job Description:
- Develop and implement comprehensive project estimates, including detailed breakdowns of costs and resources required.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of estimates with project goals and objectives.
- Monitor and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and identifying areas for cost savings.
- Analyze data and provide insights to inform business decisions and drive growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field with at least 5 years of experience in estimation for high-rise residential projects.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and market rates.
- Hands-on experience with estimation software and MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
